HR communication and reinforcement of employer branding

Internship purpose:
Ø To ensure the timely update of the HR Division’s portal pages content and publication of information/news items.
Ø To analyze HR’s current internal communication channels, their effectiveness, including benchmarking with International Organizations on HR internal communication current practices and makes recommendations.
Ø To explore and liaise with IO’s Communication Team for proposing innovative HR’s internal communication channels (e.g. newsletters, etc.).
Ø To propose an assessment of IO staff expectation in staff welfare area
Ø To assess and liaise with the Communication team for the development of IO’s “employer branding” including increasing visibility on different channels ( LinkedIn, Facebook, twitter) and the development/update of communication tools (welcome booklets for newcomers and interns, etc).
Ø To propose an updated format for the Annual Activity report for the Division;
Ø To update the HR Who’s who including information on tasks of HR staff.
Ø To develop internal guidelines and best practices for the HR Division’s internal communications.
